COVID-19 Policies
A Note to Our Customers – Updated July 1, 2020
The staff at Innovative Properties is currently working on a staggered schedule with a limited number of people working in the office. Our office remains closed to the public, but we are available by appointment only Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm. Our office staff will continue to primarily be working remotely.
For the period that COVID-19 effects the way we do business, we urge our tenants, property owners, and vendors to email their respective Property Manager directly or call Innovative Properties at 410-268-8400. Please note that our phones will ring to voicemail. You will have an option to use one of the extensions to reach your Property Manager so you can leave a message which we can return. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE GENERAL VOICEMAIL. YOU MUST PICK AN EXTENSION TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER. We also offer the emergency answering system through our voicemail system if you need immediate assistance after office hours.

Voicemail: All voicemails left for a Property Managers on the phone system will be directed to their email inbox.
Response Time: We remain committed to providing a timely response and we will do our best to coordinate and provide service. Please know that all Vendors are independent, and we are unable to control their schedule and response time.
Tenant Rent Payment Options: While our mail will be processed daily, we urge all Tenants to use electronic payments for the immediate future. To understand your easy payment options, go to https://innovativeproperties.biz/tenant-portal/ Here you can create a new account or log in. You will then be able to:
- Pay Electronically by eCheck (there are no processing fees to pay by electronic check)
- Pay by Credit/Debit Bard (there are processing fees for this feature)
- Register for AUTOPAY
Late Fees: As of July 2020 will resume charging Late Fees as per lease agreements for unpaid rent.
