A Note to Our Customers – updated March 23, 2020
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve Innovative Properties is still working hard to keep your properties safe. As an essential provider of communications between tenants and owners we are working to make sure our business continues to operate as usual, although we know the work cannot be done in the normal manner. Our physical office will now be closed and all employees will be working remotely. We take employee safety, their families, and our community very seriously, and want to ensure that we’re doing our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
For the period that COVID-19 effects the way we do business, we urge our tenants, property owners, and vendors to email their respective Property Manager directly or call Innovative Properties at 410-268-8400. Please note that our phones will ring to voicemail. You will have an option to use one of the extensions to reach your Property Manager so you can leave a message which we can return. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE GENERAL VOICEMAIL. YOU MUST PICK AN EXTENSION TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER. We also offer the emergency answering system through our voicemail if you need immediate assistance.

A Note to Our Customers
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve Innovative Properties is still working hard to keep your properties safe. As an essential provider between tenant and owner communications our office is still open, but with limited office operations. We take employee safety, their families, and our community very seriously, and want to ensure that we’re doing our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19. We encourage all of our tenants, owners, and vendors to communicate with us via email or phone instead of coming into the office while we practice social distancing.
We remain committed to handle Owner/Tenant concerns and work with vendors to the best of our ability. During this time, we are still placing service calls for our tenants, but are unable to guarantee the response time that vendors provide, as we do not control their schedule or work operations. The City of Annapolis has suspended all inspections and we will not be inspecting properties until conditions improve. We are relying on our tenants to make us aware of any problems at the home until we are able to return to a normal working environment. We are still paying bills in a timely manner and are committed to make sure our vendors get paid promptly.
