Lauren was a fabulous realtor for us in this highly competitive market! We were coming from out of state and she was always so diligent about setting up our viewings to accommodate that. Once we found our dream house she guided us through the process and hooked us up with great vendors to the work done we needed to "make the house our own". When I first came to Annapolis in 1993, Innovative Properties  took care of me as a renter. I lived in a wonderful community and Innovative properties was quick to respond to and fix any issues I had (ie if an appliance broke etc.). It was pure bliss coming from graduate school. Fourteen years later, I knew where to go to rent our house. We had them manage our property for over ten years and were completely satisfied. Their work is efficient and professional. He was patient with the many questions I had as a first time buyer and was always available when I needed him.
